My first wedding! Other than my own, and I dont think I can count watching The Wedding Singer a billion times, making me a pro at weddings. But it was LOVELY.

I really dont think you can go to a wedding without thinking about your own, you just naturally go into flashbacks *sigh*, I loved my wedding...

We showed up late, the hubs sang "You've lost that loving feeling" (aviators and all) and I totally cried.

Quick Story: The dress was bought the day before. I'm so last minute like that. Spent the day shopping with Darling Denice, I was on a mission of finding a dress under $25. To my super luck I found what I call the perfect spring wedding dress, for $19.99 at Banana Republic. Talk about LUCK. But ya know, I wanted to keep it tame, nothing sexy, thinking thats not how you dress at weddings, right? Um, no. I swear next time I go to a wedding Im dressing like a hooker, and gonna love it... Just thought I'd share.

As you see I posted my Darling Denice's face all over, she DEMANDED pictures....:) Oh, and she is moving to Mississippi as well! Roomies! I am selfishly excited about this. P.S I already need to borrow your jigsaw for a project.

Impromtu Shoot with the Kids

Ever have the In-Laws over and the MIL decide "Lets get oufits for the kids, and go take pictures!! YAY!". Um, no yay. For me it seems to never really work. Ended up catching the kids along the side of a cliff. Did I mention it was windy? Grand :)

Getting Inked Up

We all get a little crazy. Like sneaking out with my little sister and getting matching tattoos. Egh, why not? You only live once. Doesnt mean Im covering my body in tats... dont get crazy people.     

Was pysched to have a Navy spouse be my artist, and a skinny version of Thor be my hand holder.

This HURT.

       

Great but painful experience. I mean c'mon, on the ribs?! Gutsy. Chris the tattoo artist totally put together what we wanted, which was : Hello Kitty meets the Castaneda Sisters :)

The redness in the picture looks extreme because of how I edited the photo, it wasnt red like that. Also the pained look on my face.... totally real.

Fishermans Wharf

Bear with me as I try and catch up with my life. Hundreds of photos have been sitting on my camera, fear of downloading them to my laptop, then my laptop crash and burn. So we finally got a DESKTOP, wow, havent seen one of these for awhile. But since we now have one, I have a screen large enough to edit photos and truly enjoy (and get back to) blogging. These posts will be random as I sit and stare at pictures of this summer.

Oh, and summer started for the Hubs and I when the Grandparents swooped up the kids for 3 weeks as we prepared for our move to Mississippi. No, it wasnt a giant vacation, unless you call sitting in your hubs office as he works on his thesis,a day at the beach.

Just one of those random trips to the wharf, where your children choke tame parots, your father-in-law clears out the fudge shop, and you debate about 40 minutes with your mother-in-law on where you would like to eat for dinner.

Yes, totally been hiding from the blogging world, only because my life has been turned upside down!

And I LOOOOOOOOOOVE IT!! Seriously!

But things are settling down, been hitting the weights, trying to talk my sis-n-law to train in a figure comp w/me, getting adjusted to the glorious heat, finding a bike bath, becoming addicting to cherry-limeades, eating "plain", watching my kids swim in circles, and watching a BUNCH of cable TV ( because I now have a DVR:( ).

Oh, and did I mention my best Monterey friend coming to the grand ole south as well?

Things are TOTALLY happening. And I promise to fill in as soon as I can.

So no, I did not elope with Johnney Depp.

Did not walk the catwalk at the Paris fashion show.

Only wish of hitting the IFB pro figure scene.

And did not qualify for Ironman, Kona :(

But I have been living the life of a proud military wife, and been on the move to our next duty station. Stay tuned because glorious milky way magic has happened!

Jessica Simpson & The Famous Green Sweater

For my 100th post lets talk about sweaters.

Not just ANY sweater. Jessica Simpson's FAMOUS GREEN SWEATER.

Not until this morning did I even know this thing was famous. 

Do you want to know why its famous? Because Ms.Simpson has rocked that sweater 3 sexy times outdoors since 2005. (I'm sure there has been more times, but my stalking has only seen 5 different photos, thanks to paparazzi).

The fact that she has worn this oversized green sweater not even a handful of times outdoors has caused an uproar in the fashion community.

Could she be starting a new trend?

Doesn't she know she shouldn't wear that more than once?

What is she thinking?

Good gosh people! I hope she is ROCKIN that sweater till she is 96, in 5 inch heels, with nothing but a cute pair of undies underneath!

It's cute, comfy and makes her feel good. I think all clothing should fall into those categories! Heaven forbid I ever become famous, and have paparazzi trail me across the globe cause you will be seeing the same thing OVER & OVER.

Haven't these people heard of the 30 for 30 REMIX ?

Oh and as for the heels and leopard bag that Ms. Simpson is wearing, and people are BASHING.... I LOVE EM. And if I didnt have to chase 2 kids around my bum would be strutting the same thing:)

Sexy Sunny's Baby!

This mama just needed to go and spend some of her husbands money to feel better about herself. LOL. Kidding.....Suuure. Seriously I did a little mothers day shopping. Just a wee little, oh and the hubs ticked me off this morning, so WHAM BAM I dressed the kids up, promised them lunch and we hit the TOWN.

The "town" being Forever 21. Cute, sassy and my kinda price.

My favorite buys today were my sunnys!

Yeah, those sexy sunglasses. Along with shoes, I have a million of these bad boys. I'm addicted!! Plus I get major headaches, and am SCARED of getting wrinkles around the eyes. I'm sure there are people I know that dont even know what I look like WITHOUT sunglasses!

So whatcha think? I think at $5.00 a pop they are MARVELOUS!!!!!

Now go get some, and dont forget the sunscreen!
