Now here are my loving tips:
Short Hair: Place a lot of little buns all over your head (view the Gwen photo below), with short hair it may be hard keeping all your hair placed in ONE bun on your head, then follow rest of directions...
Top Front Portion of Hair: Personally, if I dont blow dry the top portion of my hair FIRST I end up with NOT smooth hair. So blow dry your top FIRST, then apply more Mousse (then complete directions above).
Lets start with CLEAN hair today :)

The Barely There Wave
"This look is really easy, which is great because wavy hair is in right now," says Luca Blandi, an NYC celebrity stylist who has worked with Catherine Zeta-Jones, Alyssa Milano, and Scarlett Johansson. First, mist your hair with water and apply a dab of curl-enhancing cream to your damp hair. Now pull strands up into a centered ponytail at the crown of your head. "Twist and wrap the tail around the elastic into a loose bun and secure with bobby pins," Blandi says. "Then, blow-dry it in place for a few minutes to set the style."
